numinous was established in May 2015 by Robbie Byrne. Prior to starting the business, Robbie worked as a Senior Business Development Manager in IT for just over 10 years. He worked in the systems integrator space. A position in the market that taught him to help organisations across many verticals with a broad range of technology solutions he could offer. He helped his customers across IaaS & SaaS cloud services, AWS, Azure, Office 365, mobility, end-user computing, messaging, enterprise-class storage, systems, servers, virtualisation, backup, archival, disaster recovery, monitoring, optimisation and managed services. He worked with many vendors to blend the right mix of technology and services to meet his customer’s needs. Unbeknown to him at the time, but it was this extensive experience across so many different customer needs and technology options that would give him edge as a recruiter.
At numinous, it’s not about knowing buzzwords. It’s about understanding what our customers want to achieve, how their technology environment will play its part and the type of people who will enable those outcomes.
